What is Arabica Coffee?
The Arabica Coffee (Coffea arabica) accounts for about 60% to 70% of global coffee production. Grown mainly at high altitudes (between 800 and 2,200 meters), it is renowned for its aromatic finesse, balanced acidity, and moderate caffeine content compared to Robusta.
International green coffee trading relies on a rigorous classification established by bean size (screen), moisture level, defect count per sample, and cup tasting profile (cupping score).
